The s stands for specific. Make sure your goals are specific. Ask yourself who is involved with the goal. Are any teammates, mentors, or coaches involved. Think about what the goal is. Try to get as specific as possible. Instead of making a goal to get better grades, make a goal of getting a 3.8 grade point average.
